Example Scope Snapshot

Full kitchen gut and rebuild, Bethlehem, PA

Bethlehem, PA (Lehigh Valley)

Complete demo-to-finish kitchen remodel covering layout changes, new cabinetry, countertops, electrical upgrades, and coordinated finish work in a home that stayed occupied throughout.

  • Full gut demo including soffit removal to open sight lines to the living area
  • Layout revision: relocated sink run, added prep counter opposite the range, and reconfigured storage zones around the refrigerator landing
  • Cabinet install with scribe rails and filler strips to fit against out-of-plumb walls and an uneven ceiling line
  • Dedicated 20-amp circuits for range, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal; relocated panel feeds to clear the new cabinet layout
  • Countertop template after cabinets set, with field-verified cutouts for undermount sink and cooktop
  • Tile backsplash sequenced after countertop set to get clean top-edge termination without exposed cut lines
  • LVP flooring run under cabinets for moisture protection, with transition detailing at the dining room threshold
  • Adjacent hallway and dining area protected with dust barriers and negative-pressure fan during demo and drywall phases

Electrical work permitted and inspected per local code. Plumbing relocated under existing permit scope.

Shown to illustrate planning depth. Your scope will vary based on layout, conditions, and finish selections.

Quick answers

Can you remodel my kitchen in phases?

Yes. We can break the project into stages (for example cabinets and countertops first, then flooring or lighting later) so cost and disruption are easier to manage.

Will I still be able to use my kitchen during the remodel?

It depends on scope. Full gut jobs usually mean a temporary setup for a few weeks; smaller updates can often leave part of the kitchen usable. We plan that with you before work starts.
