• Air movers and commercial dehumidifiers positioned based on the moisture map and monitored with daily readings until all affected assemblies hit target moisture content
• Subfloor moisture verified with pin meter at every rebuild zone before new flooring or drywall went back on — nothing was closed up wet
• Framing and sheathing checked for early mold indicators; affected surfaces treated and dried before being enclosed
• Rebuild phased from subfloor repair through drywall, tape, mud, paint, and finish trim so each stage started on verified-dry, clean substrate
• Photo documentation and moisture readings captured at intake, during drying, and at rebuild milestones — organized for clear insurance claim communication
