Full flooring replacement across living room, hallway, and two bedrooms in a 1960s home with subfloor issues that had to be corrected before any finish material went down.

• Existing carpet and pad pulled; vinyl adhesive residue scraped and cleaned from plywood subfloor across all rooms
• Subfloor mapped for flatness with a 6-ft straightedge — two crowns shimmed and three dip zones filled with self-leveling compound to bring the surface within spec
• Loose and squeaking subfloor panels re-fastened with ring-shank screws into joists every 6 inches through the hallway and living room
• Moisture testing with pin meter at 12 locations before underlayment selection; readings confirmed standard foam underlayment was appropriate (no vapor barrier needed)

Installed per manufacturer specs for expansion, underlayment, and acclimation requirements.
